  If you suffer from an addiction and have a diagnosed mental illness, I do NOT recommend Celebrate Recovery! If you suffer from Asperger's and depression like I do and share in their small groups about your mental illness symptoms, depression, PTSD, or anything NEGATIVE like these things, some members of the group will judge you, use scripture to condemn you and tell you to leave! I would recommend counseling by a LICENSED professional, or a NAMI- National Alliance For the Mentally Ill support group for treatment of BOTH mental illness and addiction issues! I am from the east coast and I now live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and found SD to be a cultural shock and a rude awakening here!
